Waiting on paint to dry .

Sometimes waiting on God can seem like the most longest process of your life and sometimes it can seem like the most easiest . I’ve learned in waiting on God we can either wait in patience or try to rush him to get through something and not have learned a thing . When we rush God he sometimes will give us whatever we ask for and it will all be for nothing because we didn’t learn from the process . Sometimes we go through the same things a million different times and ways because we are not learning the lesson in the waiting . Waiting on God can sometimes seem like paint drying , paint with a thousand coats that is BUT it’s the best process . We don’t even ask for these situations that happen sometimes trouble just has a way of finding us . You maybe waiting on a heart break to pass waiting for God to supply a need or waiting for God to full fill a promise he made to you . Know it’s not the time that you wait but it is the attitude while you wait . I know you may have heard that a million times but oh how true it is . The sacrifices that have to be made can be heartbreaking, I lost many of relationships and friendships on this journey thinking Lord is it me ? Recently over the past 6 months God revealed its not you but what you are carrying for my glory. Sometimes you have to let go of that best friend or that man or that habit or  addiction that God is removing from your life. Even yourself needs to be sat down because we can get in Gods way. Obedience is better than sacrifice. A tree doesn’t get tired of growing and says I quit and die . A seed is planted it’s roots are watered a trunk grows then branches and then leaves . There is beauty in the time it takes for that tree to grow . I received a bouquet of flowers and in that bouquet I got to watch a Lillie flower bloom step by step it started off as a bud then every day as I watered it and groomed it I was amazed at the changes and stages it went through until it fully bloomed ! Had my flower stopped growing and died what a shame ! I would not have been able to see the fullness of its beauty at the END of the process . Notice I said the end of the process . God doesn’t want us to be planted and then not grow a strong trunk to stand in his strong foundation or grow a trunk with no branches and branches with no trunk or leaves and no tree. It’s impossible you may say but thank God for Jesus because some of us actually grow and become broken by life situations ! So you may have to go to God with out a branch or with missing some leaves (in the season of a FALL) but surely broken he can make us whole . Broken doesn’t mean the end . He will replace your branches you’ve lost the leaves that blew away from you ! He will replace them in due season with all things new ! The Bible says from the same soil God can plant a new thing ! Job 8:18-19 . I will mentioned in future blogs “For there is Hope of a tree” by Denise Clark a great book to read . Don’t allow the enemy to make you think God doesn’t have to fully grow you , that you can make it with out a branch or a leaf . You need a full breakthrough you and the things of your life need to be rooted and grounded in Christ . In due time you’ll reap if you don’t give up . So know his timing is perfect and In waiting work on your character with God ! You must be made righteous before being made holy . As the paint of the walls of your life drys grab a fan or began to blow on them because you Know that being content in waiting on God is the best thing you have done . And watch the colors of your paint began to settle in perfect timing ❤️️

Scripture references :

Galatians 6:9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Isaiah 40:31

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
